Well, the time has come. Competition tomorrow morning. Rocky Mountain State Games at the Olympic Center in Colorado Springs! I am so excited, and am starting to get a little nervous. I have all of my stuff packed, and I'm ready to go. I am for sure under the 138.6. Lightweight, woooooo, yeaaahhh budddy. I will write my summary of tomorrow, and post pictures. Fuel:
Meal 1- 100g zucchini, 80g tomato, 2 tbsp pesto, 3oz chix, coconut creamer
Meal 2- 70g tomato, 100g zucchini, 3oz. chix, 1tbsp tomato vin
Meal 3- 3.4oz chix, 2tbsp caesar, 130g romaine, 1tsp olive oil
Meal 4- tea w/ honey, dcca (dark chocolate-covered almonds), 2 pieces bacon
