COMPETITION DAY SATURDAY!!!
At the end of this 2 weeks, I am down over 5 pounds. I weighed myself yesterday morning, and was 135.4. I have to be under 138.6 Amazing! I am glad I have a little cushion, so I don't have to sweat tomorrow....or today for that matter.
Fuel:
Meal 1- 2oz beef, 70g tomato, 100g spaghetti squash, 1tbsp tomato vin, coconut creamer, 1oz goat cheese
Meal 2- 3oz chix, 134gspaghetti squash, 64g tomato, 2tbsp pesto
Meal 3- 2oz beef, 200g strawberries, 6 pieces bacon, chocolate-covered almonds
PW- Protein shake
Meal 4- zucchini, pesto, chix, tomatoes
I did not weigh my last meal, I just ate however much of it I wanted. I couldn't take it, now I feel better.
