Death by Clean & Jerk 95#
On minute one, you do one clean and jerk. On minute two, your do 2...minute 3, you do 3. And so forth. You rest the minute after you fail, and for the remaining 20 minutes, you do half the amount of clean and jerks as your last successful minute.

This workout was deceivingly HORRIBLE. I got 9/10 on my tenth minute, DAMN! Next time!
